When creating the first space for a new brand
We translate the intended brand impression and actual sales or service model into a spatial language.
SERVICE 02
We make the brand's values tangible not through a sign alone, but across the entire sequence of experiencing the space.

OUR APPROACH
A commercial space is both the backdrop that presents products and services most clearly and a workplace used every day. We study the guest's first view, where they pause, and the flow of work and storage, allowing the brand's attitude to continue naturally through the façade, materials, light and furniture.
WHEN WE CAN HELP
We translate the intended brand impression and actual sales or service model into a spatial language.
We plan the visible guest experience so it does not conflict with preparation, storage and work routes.
We distinguish what to retain from what to change, focus the intervention and create a renewed brand experience.

SCOPE
We listen to the needs of guests, products and service operations, then define the experiences the space should prioritise.
Entrance, display, consultation, work, storage and service are planned around the actual order of daily operations.
From the first impression to tactile details, we design for a consistent expression of the brand's attitude.
Within the agreed project scope, Atelier SOW plans and directly manages fabrication, construction, schedule and quality.
RELATED PROJECTS
PROCESS
We listen to the brand, products, operating model and the problems the space needs to solve.
We organise the guest experience and workflow into a plan and a sequence of key scenes.
We develop the façade, materials, lighting and furniture to a level ready for fabrication.
We integrate specialist trades and directly manage site schedule and quality to protect the original intent through completion.
BEFORE YOU ASK
We do not determine suitability by floor area alone. In the initial consultation, we consider whether the use, required scope and schedule align with Atelier SOW's approach.
Yes. Existing brand assets can be translated into the façade, circulation, materials and signage as a spatial design scope.
Custom furniture and fixtures essential to the spatial experience and daily operation can be included in the project. Their fabrication scope and method are defined during design.
