CAFE · DINING

PROJECT STORY

Warmth shaped through the relationship of light and material, not a single colour.

For a place where families can share food and coffee, we paired red-toned acrylic with larch and connected the operational flow with a colour installation.

DESIGN RESPONSE

01 · CONDITION

Given conditions

A space serving both food and coffee needed a welcoming atmosphere for families and an easy operational flow.

02 · DECISION

Design decision

We filtered light through red-toned acrylic and placed it alongside the warm texture of larch.

03 · RESULT

Completed change

Rather than relying on one background colour, the contrast of light, colour and timber creates warmth that shifts throughout the day.
